FlexFacades was commissioned to assist in collaborating with the design team to create a very unique long-lasting temporary facade of a parking garage for Capital One Block C called The Perch. The large parking garage will be lined with new condos that will be built along the perimeter of the garage in 10 to 15 years. The FlexFacades Cladding Solution was a low cost garage screening alternative to show what the building will look like in the future. We printed on the ventilated fire rated fabric mesh to mimic windows, marble and metal panels as it wraps around the building, including The Perch logo on the garage.
