Following our work on Phase 1 of the KPMG Office Building in Montvale, NJ, we were hired by the same architect to create screening elements for East Rutherford, NJ location of Extra Space Self-Storage. To best suit the building’s material and structure, we used modular panels and coordinated with the Engineer of Record to create steel outriggers six inches from the building, from which we fabricated nine connection points per panel. The panels are 34% open to provide ventilation as well as protection from heat and sun.
