JPMorgan Chase’s new 50-acre campus brings three office buildings together along a “Main Street” that features restaurants, daycare, and other amenities. The visual identity of the LEED Gold-certified campus is important for both retaining and recruiting talent, so the architects created a design inspired by Texas art and landscape. As part of this effort, we developed a retrofit for the existing 6,000-spot parking garage that serves the entire campus. Our FlexFacades Cladding Screen on Steel Framework was integrated with metal fins provided by others to bring to life a local artist’s vision of the Texas mountains and sky. This custom cladding solution also allows light and air to flow through the garage, removing the need for an artificial cooling system.
