The owners of a seven-story parking garage in downtown Philadelphia chose FlexFacades to provide a screening element to an existing parking garage to address a community concern. When residents of a nearby condo building voiced concerns about light pollution and views from the garage, the parking garage owner worked with the condo board to identify a solution. We used a cladding on concrete solution that provides 34% ventilation and provides protection from solar gain while preventing light pollution from cars at night.
