Strata Wynwood is a mixed-use development in downtown Miami. Spanning a city block, the project includes retail space, studio space, office space, residential units, and a parking garage. Formerly a warehouse district, the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami has become a vital arts district and home to The Wynwood Walls, an outdoor museum of graffiti and street art. The owners of Strata Wynwood desired a parking garage facade that would add visual interest and reflect the character of the Wynwood neighborhood. The graffiti-inspired tensile facade is supported by a structural steel framework.
