The Huntley is a multi-family residential complex in downtown Fort Worth, Texas. Developed by Stonehawk Capital, The Huntley aims to provide workforce housing in the urban core; just over half of its residential units are reserved for households earning less than 80% Area Median Income (AMI). It was important to the developers to provide a superior resident experience without exceeding the limited project budget.

We were engaged to provide a value-engineered alternative to the original parking garage facade design. We worked directly with the developer to create black vertical columns that mirrored design features of the main building. Fabricated from ventilated PES mesh, the facade provides visual interest, screening, and minimizes light pollution while also being affordable.

Black slotted facade sat across the face of a parking structure.
