Located in Denver, Colorado, at the edge of River North and next to Lower Downtown, The Yard at Denargo Market features over 85,000 square feet of flexible, creative office space. Designed to appeal to larger clients, the adaptive reuse incorporates modern amenities with the historical character of the original building, which was built in the 1930’s by the Growers’ Market Association and Union Pacific Railroad as a distribution center for good and produce. The building is centered around a large atrium with two-story glass-front entries and features a variety of on-site amenities.
To clearly demarcate the building entry and provide a visual frame for the front, FlexFacades designed, engineered, and installed a coated PES mesh facade. The tensile facade features an innovative, attractive look of metal at half the cost installed. Coated PES provides an easy-to-clean surface that is resistant to mildew, making this an ideal choice for the varying Denver climate. At night, LED lighting glows through the facade, creating additional visual interest.
